Orders for this gallery include collection at the school.

Each package includes 2 photographs per pupil. Please note, all images within a pack are identical; mixing and matching images within a single pack is not available.

Ordering Information

By making a payment for your order, it is assumed that you are agree to the following terms and conditions.

Payment Information

The Images handles payments and orders and this will be reflected in your statement. Please note that as all items are produced to your specific order, payment will be charged to your card as soon as the order is placed.

Delivery Policy

The photographs will be available to purchase on The Images website until December 6th, 2024. After the cut off date we will aim to process all orders within a few days. Photographs will be processed, mounted (if included in the purchase), packaged and distributed to St Andrew’s School. Parents/carers will have the opportunity to collect their child’s photographs from their class’.

Refund Policy

Please choose carefully as refunds may not be given on orders due to the custom nature of the product. This applies both printed and digital files (where available). If you choose to download an image (if purchased in this format), the purchase is considered complete as soon as the download process starts. If you do have any queries about your order after payment has been made, please contact us as soon as possible to discuss your options.

Images ordered as downloads (when available)

Please note that you will receive an order conformation email after the payment is processed followed by an email containing a link to the image(s). This link will expire 24 hours after the purchase. You should ensure that the email address you provided during the order is correct. If you do not receive this, please keep a check on your spam folder filters and junk mail folders in case the conformation email has been inadvertently treated as spam. If you haven’t received the conformation email within 24 hours (they usually issued immediately after payment is confirmed), please contact us and we will re-issue this.

Copyright

Only in the circumstances where you have purchased a digital file by way of download will the photographer’s copyright be waived. If you choose to save the image file which allows you to have it printed by third party, you may use this order confirmation as proof of your copyright ownership. We suggest you retain/print the full conformation which also shows the image(s) purchased if conformation is required. This copyright waiver does not extend to any order/purchase of photographs.

It will be your own responsibility to ensure print quality if you have purchased a digital file and the images are not supplied as photographs by The Images.

The copyright waiver only applies to the use of any images for personal use. Please contact The Images if any photos are require for any other purposes.

Privacy Policy

The Images will only capture details from you to assist with the purchase of images through our system and will not use any of your personal data without your express permission.
